We are delighted to announce that Attorney Brittany Stancavage has been appointed Vice President of the Litchfield County Bar Association (LCBA).
Since 1889, the Litchfield County Bar Association has brought local legal professionals together to promote public service, foster professional growth, and support the community through pro bono work and educational advocacy.
Attorney Stancavage’s leadership with the LCBA highlights her continued dedication to both the legal profession and the Litchfield County community.
About Attorney Stancavage
Attorney Stancavage focuses her practice primarily on Family Law, Child Protection, and Juvenile Delinquency. She also serves as a certified Guardian ad Litem and Attorney for Minor Children, dedicating much of her work to advocating for the desires and best interests of children across Connecticut.
Her commitment to leadership and advocacy is well-established:
- Academic Excellence: Graduated summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2023, where she concentrated on Family and Juvenile Law.
- Editorial & Student Leadership: Served as Lead Publications Editor for the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal and President of the Family and Juvenile Law Society during law school.
- Community Focus: Earned her B.S. in Justice & Law Administration and B.A. in Psychology (summa cum laude) from Western Connecticut State University, where she was also a collegiate softball student-athlete.
Continuing a Legacy of Community Leadership
As Vice President of the LCBA, Brittany will work alongside local colleagues to support initiatives that strengthen the legal community and expand legal resources and public service throughout the region.
