Biography

Attorney Stancavage graduated Summa Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in May 2023 with a concentration in Family and Juvenile Law.

During law school, she served as the Lead Publications Editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal (2022-2023) and was the President of the Family and Juvenile Law Society (2022-2023). 

Prior internship experience includes the New Britain Juvenile Public Defender's Office (Spring 2022) and as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Alvin W. Thompson at the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (2021). She also served as a member of the Quinnipiac University School of Law Mediation Clinic.

Her undergraduate education includes a B.S. in Justice and Law Administration with a Legal Studies Concentration. summa cum laude and a B.A. in Psychology, summa cum laude. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Attorney Stancavage gained internship experience in the Clerk's Office and in the Family Relations Office of the Danbury Superior Court. She also participated in collegiate softball at Western Connecticut State University.

Attorney Stancavage's primary practice focuses are in Child Protection, Juvenile Delinquency, and Family Law. Serves as a certified Guardian ad Litem and Attorney for the Minor Child in family cases. Has a strong passion for advocating for children's desires and best interest.
